Limited beta program
One cohort at a time. Everything included.
While Rocalyn Edge is in beta there are no plans to compare. Every member gets the full experience, a curated setup, and a direct line to the founder.
Premium Beta membership
The standard rate is $499 a month. Beta members join below it, and the difference is documented consideration for participation: your candid feedback as you use the product, and, only with your written consent, a testimonial.
The rate you see is the rate you're billed, and it holds through the beta period, which ends in Q4 2026. Pricing is something we review together after that: nothing changes before you receive written notice of the exact amount and date.
Your subscription renews monthly. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon full release, we expect to offer standard annual pricing discounts as well.
Every membership includes
- Answers every inbound call, 24/7, in your brand's voice
- Captures the lead: name, intent, and callback
- Answers listing questions grounded in the listing data you provide
- Offers to book the showing and syncs to your calendar
- Escalates to you when a call needs a human
- Fair-housing guardrails built into every conversation
- Walkthrough Intelligence: your assistant learns from the walkthrough videos you already post
- Full control: review, edit, or disable any fact before callers hear it
- CRM integration: leads flow to your system of record
- Your assistant's name, voice, and persona, configured to you
- 12 months of your call history and analytics, kept for you

The founding-cohort deal
Posted August 26, 2026
This isn't a self-serve signup, and that's deliberate. Founding membership is a working relationship, and it has two sides. I'm looking for the best agents to work with: curious, ambitious, open to changing how real estate works with AI, and good at what they do. The next cohort is forming now.
What I'll ask of you
- A direct line, used. Every founding member gets a direct line to me, the founder. Questions, rough edges, and ideas get real answers by text or email for as long as you're a member.
- A guided setup. Getting started is easy. I walk you through it personally anyway, so your assistant sounds like your practice from the first call.
- Some of your time. A short call while we set you up, then the line. What I ask for is your honest read, as you hit it, on what's working and what isn't.
What you get back
- Your feedback, taken seriously. Founding-member notes come straight to me and carry real weight in what we build next. Rocalyn will focus on your best ideas to make the product better for the whole cohort.
- The beta rate, stated plainly. Members join at $199 a month, below the $499 standard rate, documented as consideration for candid feedback. The rate holds through the beta period, which ends in Q4 2026, and changes only with written notice.
- Support that can actually fix things. When something's off, you're talking to the person who can change it or help you through it.
This is why cohorts are small. The model doesn't scale, and it isn't supposed to.
