FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things agents ask us most, before and during onboarding.
How do I stop missing calls while I'm at a showing?
Rocalyn Edge answers every call 24/7, so a buyer who calls while you're at a showing, driving, or asleep reaches a warm, professional assistant instead of voicemail. It answers listing questions, captures the lead, and can book the showing on the spot.
Is this an answering service, an AI receptionist, or something more?
It does what a great answering service or receptionist would, answering every call in your brand's voice, and goes further: it knows your listings, captures the caller's details, books the showing, and hands you a clean summary. It's built specifically for real estate, not a generic call-answering bot.
Can it capture lead details and book showings on its own?
Yes. It asks the practical questions, budget, timeline, and pre-approval, then offers open times and books the showing to your calendar. Your summary comes from what the caller actually said. The assistant is rigidly designed not to guess or fill gaps, so it won't put anything in the record that wasn't in the conversation. No AI is infallible, and the captured detail is right there for you to check.
Will it replace me?
No. It handles the calls you can't get to and hands you the lead. You stay the agent, and it escalates to you whenever a call needs a human.
What happens to my callers' data?
Rocalyn keeps no call recordings and no verbatim transcripts. We keep a minimal structured record to do the job, your customers' data is securely stored in the US, and we never sell personal information. Nothing is kept outside the US.
Do you share or match my CRM contacts with anyone?
No. Your contacts are never matched against another company's user base, shared with affiliates or partners, or used to train models. Some vendors' policies now allow exactly that, so it is worth asking everyone in your stack. Your book stays your book. Yours to keep. Always.
How long do you keep my clients' data?
Only as long as it has a job to do. Rocalyn keeps no recordings and no verbatim transcripts; the minimal structured record (contact, intent, appointment) is held for your account's retention window (12 months for beta members), then purged automatically, and it stays yours to use, export, or delete. If a vendor can't tell you how long they keep your data and who benefits from the keeping, that's your answer.
How does it handle fair housing?
Fair-housing guardrails are built into the conversation. Every caller gets the same answers and the same path: no scoring, no steering. Guardrails support your compliance; you remain the licensed professional, and you make every decision.
What does it cost?
During the limited beta, membership is $199 a month with the full product included. The standard rate is $499 a month, and pricing is reviewed together after the beta period ends in Q4 2026, with written notice before any change. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel anytime. About the beta program.
Whose brand does it use?
Yours. Your assistant's name, voice, and persona are configured to your practice.
How do I get started?
Request an invitation to the next founding cohort. Cohorts are small and limited to active agents, and onboarding is curated and founder-led.
Does it work with my calendar and CRM?
Yes. It syncs bookings to your calendar, and CRM lead delivery is included for every member: call summaries and contacts flow to your CRM, starting with HubSpot. You can also export your data as CSV anytime.
