Live, AI-guided home tours
A buyer arrives at a listing and scans a QR code to launch a guided tour with your personalized, branded AI assistant. Seconds later, your AI assistant listens and watches through the mobile phone's mic and camera, leading the way through the property with natural conversation.
How it works
- Rocalyn Edge learns and extracts detailed information about the property from your own prior walkthrough video, to provide the knowledge for your AI assistant.
- The system builds a storyboard from what it saw and heard in your video, and you can edit and refine it in the storyboard editor for added customization.
- The same guardrails used on live calls are used during the learning process, and during the live Q&A throughout the tour.
- You receive a full tour recap inside your portal, with a summary of interests, which questions to follow up on, and which parts of the property were seen.
Advantages for real estate agents and brokers
- Open house tours can be provided to many customers at once, with all potential customer information collected. Not only are these motivated leads who saw the property, but knowing which parts of the property drew interest can help your sellers with feedback and positioning as well.
- The tour is handled for you, so you are free to focus on building the customer relationship instead of taking notes.
- No special hardware or expensive licenses: your phone can record the walkthrough video, and the visitor's own phone runs the tour. There is nothing to install; the tour opens in the phone's browser.
- In their own language: visitors can take the tour in their preferred language simply by speaking it. Nearly one in ten people in the US have limited English proficiency. (Source: KFF, 2024 American Community Survey)
- For listing agents: a buyer's agent can bring their buyer for a showing, and you don't have to be there for your AI assistant to give the buyer the same detailed information about the property that you would.
- For buyer's agents: your buyer can tour the home and understand all of the key points you have mentioned in your own video, and see and experience them in person.
- For brokers: get a bird's-eye view of your properties in a way no other solution can provide. See what's working well and which questions are asked most often, as Rocalyn Edge connects the journey from the first phone call and the booked appointment all the way through the live tour recaps.
Live tours are currently in preview for beta members and use patent-pending technology to offer a low-pressure, immersive experience.
Questions about live tours
What is a live AI-guided home tour?
A buyer at the listing scans a QR code, and your branded AI assistant leads the tour through their own phone. It listens and watches through the phone's mic and camera, narrates the home room by room from your walkthrough video, and answers the buyer's questions as they walk.
Does the buyer need to download an app?
No. The tour opens in the phone's browser, so there is nothing to install.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Your phone can record the walkthrough video your assistant learns from, and the visitor's own phone runs the tour.
Can visitors take the tour in another language?
Yes. Visitors can take the tour in their preferred language simply by speaking it.
Is the tour recorded?
No audio or video is recorded, and the camera picture is not saved. The visitor's name and contact details, a written record of the conversation, and the rooms they visited are kept and sent to you so you can follow up.
What do I get after a tour?
A full tour recap inside your portal: who took the tour, which parts of the property they saw, a summary of their interests, and which questions to follow up on.
