Controls, not custody
Your callers trust you. We're built to keep it that way.
Your callers tell an assistant the most sensitive things in their lives: what they can afford, why they’re moving, what they’re worried about. Here’s exactly what Rocalyn Edge does, and deliberately doesn’t do, with that.
What stays, and what’s forgotten
- No call recordings or verbatim transcripts are kept. The conversation is handled in real time, then forgotten.
- A minimal structured record (contact, intent, appointment) is kept to do the job, held only as long as your plan's retention window, then automatically purged. It's yours, not ours.
- Nothing sensitive lands in our logs. Conversation content is never written to our operational logs at all, and caller numbers are tokenized where they do appear. We keep the contact details you need to follow up, and nothing beyond them.
Data residency
- Data securely stored in the US.
- No training on your customers' conversations.
- No selling of personal information, ever.
- Yours to keep. Always. The record is yours to use, export, or delete.
The scary things we deliberately don’t build
- Your assistant says it's an AI on every call. Callers are never led to believe they're speaking with you.
- No voice cloning. Your assistant is an original persona in your brand, never a copy of your voice.
- No always-on recording. We built the product so we'd never need it.
- No contact matching, no mining your book. We never match your contacts against another company's user base, and we never mine your records or notes for our own marketing or AI. Your book is not our raw material.
- No training on your listing data. We use it to answer your callers' questions about your listing and nothing else. Your MLS sets terms on what AI tools may do with listing data, and those terms land on you and your broker. The restraint is for your licensing, not our marketing.

How a call flows, and what we keep
How a Rocalyn Edge call flows, and what is kept versus forgotten. Stage 1, Caller dials: A buyer or seller calls your line. Kept: Reason for the call. Never kept: Call recording. Stage 2, Assistant answers: It says it's an AI assistant on every call. Kept: Answered in your brand. Never kept: Your cloned voice. Stage 3, Captures & books: Answers listing questions, captures the details, books showings. Kept: Contact, intent, appointment. Never kept: Verbatim transcript. Stage 4, Structured summary: A minimal structured record goes to you. Kept: The summary, to you. Never kept: Training on the conversation, Conversation text in our logs. Stage 5, Your CRM + calendar: The record lands where you already work. Kept: Yours, stored in the US. Never kept: Sold personal information.

We make your data smart. We never own it, sell it, train on it, or decide for you.
Rocalyn is the intelligence layer, not the system of record. Your CRM holds the durable record; we integrate, we don’t custody. That’s the difference between a tool that serves your business and a platform that quietly mines it. One test governs every byte we keep: who benefits from the keeping, and when does the keeping end.
Keep the trust your business runs on.
We build towards a better future. The trust standards for AI are still being written; we build to them anyway. Rocalyn Edge is designed in line with ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems, and NIST's AI Risk Management Framework, and is designed to target SOC 2 compliance. That work is in progress; today the service is built on SOC 2-audited infrastructure providers. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
