Privacy Policy
Rocalyn Edge is operated by Rocalyn LLC, 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. Effective date: July 1, 2026.
Our promise, in plain language
Rocalyn Edge is an AI assistant that answers calls for real-estate professionals. Your callers tell it sensitive things: what they can afford, why they’re moving, what they’re worried about. We built the service so that the sensitive part is never kept: we do not record calls, we do not keep verbatim transcripts in production, we do not train AI models on your conversations, and we do not sell personal information. The only thing that persists is a minimal structured record (who called, what they wanted, what got booked), and that record belongs to the real-estate professional you called, not to us.
This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to exercise your rights. Questions or requests: privacy@rocalynedge.com.
Who does what with your data
In short: The realtor controls the data; Rocalyn processes it on their instructions; callers keep rights over their own information.
Rocalyn LLC acts as a data processor: we process personal information only to provide the service, on the instructions of our subscribers. The subscribing real-estate professional (or brokerage) is the data controller: the structured call record created by their assistant is their business record, and they decide how it is used and when it is deleted. Callers are the data subjects: the people the record describes, who can ask for access to it or deletion of it at any time.
If you called a Rocalyn Edge assistant
In short: The assistant tells you it’s an AI, keeps only the contact and appointment details you choose to share, and forgets the rest when the call ends.
Every assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of every call. That disclosure is built into the product and cannot be turned off by the subscriber.
What we keep: a structured record of the call. That means your phone number, the name and contact details you choose to share, what you were calling about, and any appointment that was booked, plus basic call metadata (time, duration, the number dialed). This is the record the real-estate professional needs to follow up with you, and it is their data.
What we don’t keep: the conversation itself. Calls are not recorded; there is no recording infrastructure in the call path. Verbatim transcripts are not kept in production; the conversation is processed in real time and released when the call ends. Our AI provider processes audio during the call under a paid-tier, no-training commitment, and we do not allow the model session to be retained after the call.
Fair housing: the assistant is built with fair-housing guardrails. Every caller gets the same answers and the same path: no scoring, no steering, and questions that touch protected characteristics are escalated to a human rather than answered.
Your choices: you can ask the assistant, or email us, to remove your information at any point. We honor deletion requests from any caller regardless of where you live, a posture that goes beyond what most jurisdictions require of us.
If you subscribe to Rocalyn Edge, or visit this site
In short: We collect what’s needed to run your account and nothing for advertising. No ad trackers, no cross-site cookies, no analytics resale.
Account information: when you request an invitation or sign up, we collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage and brand details, and your service configuration (your assistant’s name, voice, and listings). We use this to provision and operate your service, support you, and send the account messages described in our Messaging Terms.
Billing: payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor; Rocalyn never sees or stores your full card number.
Sign-in: authentication is handled by our identity provider. Rocalyn does not see or store your password.
Cookies and tracking: we use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember functional preferences (like light or dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this site.
Mobile information & SMS/RCS consent
When you give us a mobile number for Rocalyn Edge messaging, we use it only to send the messages described in our Messaging Terms and to honor your opt-out and support requests.
No mobile information or messaging opt-in/consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who support the messaging service (for example, our messaging carrier/aggregator) solely to deliver the messages you’ve requested. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help; see our Messaging Terms for full details.
We retain mobile numbers and a record of consent and opt-out as needed to operate the service, prove consent, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Consistent with our data-minimizing posture, ordinary caller operational data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and is then deleted, and we maintain a narrowly-scoped consent/opt-out record. We do not record call audio and do not retain verbatim call transcripts in production. To make a data request, contact privacy@rocalynedge.com.
What we don’t do
- No call recordings. There is no audio capture or recording infrastructure in the call path. This is structural, not a setting.
- No verbatim transcripts kept in production.
- No training of AI models on your conversations or your leads.
- No selling of personal information. Rocalyn does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No offshore transfer of stored data. Your customers’ data stays in the United States.
- No voice cloning. Assistants speak with selected, configured synthetic voices, never a clone of a real person’s voice.
- No indefinite retention. The only data that persists is the subscriber’s structured record, theirs to keep or delete.
Where data lives, and how it’s protected
In short: Stored in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest, with de-identified operational logs.
Stored data lives in the United States, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Our operational logs are de-identified: caller phone numbers are tokenized and conversation content is never written to logs. Rocalyn is designed to target SOC 2 compliance, and that work is in progress; today the service is built on SOC 2-audited infrastructure providers.
Service providers
We share personal information with the service providers that run the service, each limited to what its role requires. We describe each by the role it plays:
- Call handling (SIP / telephony): connects and carries the call in real time. Handles call metadata; audio passes through and is not stored.
- Voice AI model provider: processes the conversation during the call, under a paid-tier no-training commitment with no session retention.
- Database: holds the structured record at rest, in the United States.
- Website and portal hosting.
- Payment processor: handles subscription billing. Your card details go to the processor directly; Rocalyn never sees or stores your full card number.
- Authentication provider: manages subscriber sign-in. Rocalyn does not see or store your password.
We also use ordinary business tools to operate our company and to respond to inquiries from people who ask about the service. We will update this description as our providers change, and none of these relationships involve selling personal information.
How long we keep things
In short: Conversation content: not kept at all. Structured call records: a set window that follows the subscriber’s plan — 90 days on Solo, 12 months on Premium and Ultimate. Account data: the life of the account.
- Call audio and conversation content: not retained. Processed in real time, then gone.
- Structured call records(contact, intent, appointment): retained for a window set by the subscriber’s plan — 90 days on Solo, 12 months on Premium and Ultimate — and purged automatically after that. Subscribers can direct shorter windows for their own records; the plan’s window is the maximum.
- Consent and opt-out records: kept as required to prove consent and honor opt-outs under applicable law.
- Subscriber account data: kept for the life of the account and deleted or returned afterward, consistent with the retention schedule above.
Your rights
In short: Ask us what we have, ask us to delete it, and we’ll honor it, wherever you live.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Tennessee residents have comparable rights under TIPA. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
In practice we honor access and deletion requests from anyone, regardless of jurisdiction. Email privacy@rocalynedge.com and we will verify the request and respond. If the record belongs to a subscriber (as controller), we will route the request to them or act on their documented instructions.
Children
Rocalyn Edge is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. For material changes affecting subscribers, we will notify you through the service or by email.
