About
For you, not over you.
You built your book call by call: showings at seven, contracts at ten, the phone always on. Rocalyn Edge exists so the next buyer who calls gets answered as your practice, even when you can't pick up. This page is who's behind that promise, because you should know who built the thing that talks to your clients.
What I know you're up against
Much of the field now treats an agent's book as raw material: contacts matched upstream, notes mined for someone else's marketing, records held with no clock and no stated purpose. That is worth fighting, and the fight is won two ways: with boring things done right (policies you can read, retention with an end date, a record that stays yours), and with first-class, technology-amplified experiences that delight your customers. The rest of this page is why I'm the one building it that way.
The founder

I'm a platform product engineer with 25 years building the systems underneath what customers actually see: shared platforms, developer experience, and the governance layers that keep complicated things calm.
That work spanned Fortune 500 deployments, higher education, and government systems where security is the bar to clear before anything else ships. The habit carried over: I built Edge to treat privacy and compliance as prerequisites, not features.
I started Rocalyn Edge alongside a working real estate practice, and I still build it that way: with agents, on real calls, against real listings. You can learn how I worked with Robert in his words here: Robert's Story.
The company
Rocalyn Edge is the flagship product of Rocalyn LLC, based in Lake Forest, California. Onboarding is selective and founder-led: I choose each cohort myself, in small groups, with curated setup and a direct line to me, the person who built your assistant. I'm looking for the best agents to work with: curious, ambitious, open to changing how real estate works with AI, and good at what they do.
The principles
- We keep no recordings. We sell no data. We are the intelligence layer, not the system of record. Your book stays your book.
- A distinct assistant, not a clone. Edge speaks in a configured persona for your brand and discloses that it is an AI. It never imitates your voice.
- Compliance by design. Fair-housing awareness is built into how the assistant answers rather than left as a disclaimer. The guardrails support your compliance; you remain the licensed professional. See the trust page for the full posture.
Join the agents who own their line and their book.
