AI Tuneup Package
NAR’s 2025 Technology Survey found that half of agents are already seeing a positive impact from AI on their business, while nearly half see none at all and a third haven’t even tried it. The tools aren’t the problem. The setup is. A tuneup improves the setup, so the tools you already use make a bigger impact in your outcomes.
- A 90-minute working session on your real numbers, tools, and call flow. Not a webinar.
- A written, prioritized plan you can act on with or without us.
- A 30-day check-in to see what moved and adjust what didn't.
Overview of service package
- How your calls, leads, and follow-up actually flow today
- The AI you already have: what's delivering, and where there's more to gain
- The highest-value places AI helps your practice, and the places it doesn't
- Straight vendor-vetting guidance: what to ask, what to avoid
It’s an open, practical conversation about the tools you’re already using, or thinking about. We know the popular AI assistants well and bring that hands-on experience to the table, so instead of a sales pitch you leave with a few clear, simple steps almost any agent can take to get more out of what’s already in front of you. No upsells, no commissions, no jargon.
Built for agents and brokerages who want a straight answer, not a pitch. If Rocalyn Edge is a fit, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, you still leave with a plan that stands on its own. And if the plan points to work you’d rather hand off, we’ll scope that together when you get there.
A common worry is that leaning on technology makes the work feel less personal. Agents’ own clients tell a different story: 82% of agents report their clients respond positively when they bring technology into the buying and selling process (NAR 2025 Technology Survey). Used well, the tools clear the busywork so more of your time goes to the people.
Session outline
Three steps, from inventory to a plan that gets reviewed.
It’s no secret that the AI companies’ latest model releases not only show exceptional scores on benchmarks. They’re now also focused on cost for specific outcomes. That’s no surprise given the speed of evolution, and it’s exactly where you need to be thinking. The session works the same way: every proposal is matched to an investment level and an outcome you can measure.

Interview and listen
First we take inventory: where you are with AI today, what you’re comfortable investing, and which outcomes we can actually measure. Expect questions like:
- What AI subscription or platform do you use today?
- Have you explored others and discontinued them? What were your takeaways?
- Are you open to new tools, or looking to maximize your current solution?
- Do you want to automate the tasks you already do, or broaden into work you can't reach right now, like video content preparation and editing?
- How will you know you're successful? What do you expect at 60, 120, and 365 days?
- If you exceed expectations, would you scale up or hold the strategy? What are the triggers to move investment up or down?
- 02
Proposals and KPIs
This is the give and take, matched to your budget and your targets. If the budget is $20 a month on a single assistant, here’s what you can do with exactly that to move toward your targets. At $40 a month, a dual frontier-model setup may be wise: one model may be good for image generation and automated video edits, another for reasoning and routine-based work, and you get the best of each.
Our hard recommendation: visualize the work your AI is doing. Build your own dashboards and metrics so you have an observability strategy. If there are errors, let them surface for a health check. If something suddenly works dramatically well, put more focus and effort into it to scale the reward.
We decide together what to measure, how to measure it, and where it gets reviewed. And our strongest recommendation for AI use at any scale: a human-in-the-loop context database, a wiki where your AIs centralize their own grounding. Rocalyn can help set all of this up. The working session ends with a report of every deliverable, and you have a runbook in hand within 48 hours.

Follow up and review
You run the strategy; we check back in about 30 days. We share screens and look at where things are working and where they need fine-tuning, review the runbook, and adjust for optimization. If it’s time to scale up the effort, Rocalyn provides advice in that direction. If the metrics haven’t been met, we adjust to gain efficiency, or move the investment down while keeping the best effort-to-reward ratio we can.
Behind the tuneup: 25+ years of platform product work, now focused on applied AI and privacy-first systems. That’s the same lens we bring to your session. The longer story lives at rocalyn.com.

New to AI?
If AI feels like a cliff edge, you don’t walk it alone.
You’re in good company: 59% of agents say they use some emerging tech but are still learning, and only 8% feel they could teach it (NAR 2025 Technology Survey). The tuneup meets you right there. So the first conversation is free and none of it is technical. We rope you in and walk it with you: plain language, your questions, no homework, and no pressure to buy anything. The product is built for the careful, too. Your assistant says it’s an AI on every call, never clones your voice, and keeps no recordings. Careful is a fine place to start. It’s why we built the harness.
